The first Jefferson Davis Barbeque was held in June 1995 at the Edwards Plantation, Tyler, Texas.  This is in celebration of our only Confederate President's birthday and is usually held annually the first Saturday in June.  In 2002-2003 the barbeque was hosted at Mike & Jamie Sabota's restored antebellum home.  In 2005 it was held at the future location of the Camp Ford Historical Center.  In 2008 it was held at the Rose Garden Building and will be held there again in 2009.

Join us to see ladies and gentlemen in period dress,  and enjoy good Southern Barbeque, desserts, companionship, and fun.  Take part in our silent auction.  For further information on this year's Barbeque, click on Calendar.

The public is invited.  However, reservations are required.
